MY WRITING
I've always loved writing. When I was younger, it was a diary. Then short stories. After I was married and had kids, I dabbled with novel ideas. But it wasn't until I created Logan Scott Stories that I became more than just an idea. I came up with this story for children's books when my son Logan was about 4. He always wanted tons of stories at bedtime. So I came up with this story where a boy with the same name as him could find anything and was recruited to a special division of the Police. They were called the "Finders." So every night I would make up all kinds of different situations for Logan Scott. It wasn't until the quarantine of 2020, when I decided to self publish. And thus it began. I plan to continue the Logan Scott series but also have others in the works. I've had a YA novel written in bits and pieces. Also, a picture book of two little girls that are sisters.

I come from an Italian/Irish family. So, yup it was loud and boisterous. When I got married my poor Dutch/English husband did not know what he was getting into! Originally, I grew up in New England and moved to Minnesota while I was a teenager. Then after graduating Aveda Wellness, moved to Virginia. After having Taylor, moved back to Minnesota to be near my sister and parents. I've been married over 20 years and have two kids. My oldest, Taylor just got married. Logan, my inspiration for me as a writer, is still in school and is too smart for his own good. My sister, Nicole is my best friend. She only lives a couple miles away and yes we argue as siblings do, but we also make up and have a glass of wine :) My Dad was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's and so we are currently living with him and my mom and helping them out. My brother moved to Boston with his new wife. Oh and we have Toby, our Labradoodle that thinks he's a human.
